if anyone has noticed. there's this "swollen" thingin. on my right wrist.

so.. i havta get it out. cuz it kinda hurts n its not suppose to.

then there comes the "expect the unexpected" running through my head.
im so.. excited at the same time afraid.
why afraid? nth de ma.. small thing ny.
cuz im a chicken damnit~!
if that surgeon has no skills and leaves just a lil bit of that thingin behind,
it'll grow again. (nooooo..)
if he damages my nerves. my hand will be paralyzed. (kill me)
i'll so make him pay.

15.12.07 (the day before yesterday / Sze Liang's bday),
Wai Mun, Justine, Miki, Cheyenne, Me, Calvin, Yi Sern, Hsiang Han, Poh Kiat and Chun Cheat
went to J.J. (the old one)
we went to watch -Enchanted-

(movie's great but Stardust is way better. duh.)

so after sum time, we sorta ran out of things to do.
Cheyenne and I went to the perfume shop.
instead of checking out the perfumes.
Me, Justine and Wai Mun had our ears pierced.
Justine and Me were kinda having second thoughts (parents..)
but we did it n.ways.

Justine had 2 on her left ear.
I had 2. one on d left & one on the right.
Wai Mun only pierced 1. forgotten which side.

after J.J. Me, Miki and Justine went to Just's place.
we were getting prepared to go to the erm..
"Christmas Rock Concert" thingin held in RLC.

after that. i had plans of my own. meeting Wei Jun.
so they dropped me off at mc d's.
Just, Miki and Wai Mun went to KEC.

Wei Jun picked me up from Mc d's to his ermm.. 2nd house?
he wanted to watch a horror film. but i dunt wan.
hehe. so he turned on the radio cuz its like so quite there
and we talked and laugh for hours.
he's so fun to be with. so it wasn't at all boring.
Met Gerald too. erm.. and thats bout it. (silence)
Geez. really got nth to post la these few days.
just looking forward to Chirstmas.

12 steps to managing anger.

1. At least once a day, devote several minutes to thinking on how much your life would be better without anger.

2. When you feel anger arising in you, start breathing deeply and slowly several times.

3. You may, instead of breathing deeply, or better still, in addition to it, count slowly from one to ten. This will delay your angry reaction and weaken it.

4. Drinking some water has a calming effect on the body.

5. Try to be more patient, no matter how difficult it might be.

6. Be more tolerant toward people, even toward people you don't like.

7. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. You can disagree with people, but still maintain tact and diplomacy.

ya know.. you usually get pissed when people shouts at you just cuz they're in a bad mood..
well.. just think.. it's even worse if they keep it inside, then out of a sudden explodes then start SCREAMING at you like you're deaf and things gets out of hand..
so.. its better to let them shout at you 1st.. at least they've already released sum of that anger in them..
